Conditions of Use

When you place an order on the website, you are forming an Agreement between Southern Aquatics Limited and yourself. Please read the Conditions of Use policy carefully to ensure you understand this agreement.

Terms:

• 'We' and 'Us' are Southern Aquatics Limited, company number 2446546, VAT number 541 8726 34, registered in England and Wales at Northmead Drive, Creekmoor, Poole, Dorset, BH17 7XZ, telephone 01202 602060. We are a member of OATA and Pet Care Trust.

• 'The Website' is http://www.southernaquatics.co.uk.

Please check your order carefully. When you have put the items in your cart, entered delivery information and payment information, you will be sent to the order confirmation screen. You should tick the 'I have read and agree to the conditions of use' box before clicking on the 'confirm order' button. You will then be taken to the HSBC website to enter your payment details. Providing your payment details are accepted, you will be returned to Our website and sent an emailed response to show we have received your order. The order status will be 'pending'. Providing that We accept your order, We will despatch it via our couriers, upgrade your order status to 'processing', and provide emailed confirmation of this. This emailed notice constitutes the formation of The Agreement. In the unlikely event that We do not accept your order, you will be promptly provided with a full refund.

We are committed to responsible use of the information you supply to us. The specifics of how We use your information is detailed in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of The Agreement.

The Agreement that you form with Us is governed by English law, and is to be completed in the English language. None of the information given in this Conditions of Use Policy detracts from your statutory rights as a consumer.

The Agreement is subject to a 'cooling off' period of seven days after you have received your order, in which you can cancel The Agreement and obtain a refund, as detailed in our Delivery and Returns section.

All prices on The Website are in pounds sterling, include VAT, and are subject to alteration without notice. Where Recommended Retail Price ('RRP') is quoted it is on the basis of the best information that We have available from the manufacturer or supplier of the products.

All material on The Website including images, text, logos and trademarks are under copyright and written permission from the copyright holder must be obtained before any of this material is stored (electronically or otherwise), reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any way.

Product information (photographic and text) on The Website is given as a guide only and may differ from the product supplied, but not in such a way as to impact specified purpose.

We are liable for a full or partial refund only as detailed in the Delivery and Returns policy, and accept no further liability for additional costs, damage, loss of profits or consequential loss arising from goods supplied, other than as per your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will endeavour to respond in writing within 14 days of receipt of your letter. These will be kept confidential unless We wish to obtain legal advice, in which case We may share details with our Solicitors, and no other third party, unless required to do so by English law.
