This privacy notice applies to all data you supply to us via The Website (http://www.southernaquatics.co.uk), telephone or email, with the single exception of any product reviews that you submit to the website (such information will not be treated as private data).

We gather personal information for two purposes:

1. fulfilling your order
2. to contact you regarding products, services or changes to our business that may interest you. You can at any time opt-out of receiving this correspondence by logging-in to your account, select 'my account' from the top menu bar, click on 'Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters', and then de-select the relevant box, and click 'continue' to save changes. We will never share your personal information with any third party, unless required to do so by law, or we wish to seek legal advice regarding a dispute, in which case we may share your details with our Solicitors. We do not have access to your payment card details; you provide these directly to HSBC Bank Plc.

You have a right to access and correct any information we hold about you. If you wish for us to delete your private information, we will do so (except in the case of a legal matter, where we may hold on to your information until the issue has drawn to a close).
