Standard delivery is £5 per order, £3 if you spend £30 or more, or it's FREE for orders over £70.
We deliver to the United Kingdom on working days only, and the following prices are for mainland only (excluding islands and highlands). For delivery to other areas (e.g. Isle of Wight) or other times (e.g. Saturdays, or before 9am etc.) please contact us for a quote.
We aim to deliver within five working days. On the day of delivery, your order will usually arrive between 9am and 2pm, but please allow for them to arrive up until 5:30pm. If you might be out when the order is delivered, please make sure you give special instructions when you place the order. Please write these comments in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' box. These might include a mobile phone number, or details of neighbours who the courier could leave the item with.
In the unlikely event that we don't have your items in stock and need to order them from the manufacturer, it can take longer than five working days. We will however always keep you informed of your order progress, and you have the option of cancelling the order if you wish.
Please provide as much information as you can in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' box at the checkout. These might include a mobile phone number, or details of neighbours who the courier could leave the item with. Also you can provide instructions for the courier to deliver the products unsigned, for example in a shed, but please be aware that we do not accept responsility for items that go missing if you leave such instructions.
If the courier is unable to make the delivery, they will leave a card giving you instructions of what to do. It is important that you follow these instructions in the allotted time, or the order would be returned to us, and you would face extra charges to re-deliver.
If at any stage you would like clarification of the progress of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you wish to return non-faulty goods, we will provide you with a refund for the cost of the goods, provided:
- you contact us by writing (this includes e-mail) within 7 days of receiving the goods
- the product has not been unsealed, or damaged in any way
- the product is not perishable
- you provide us with the receipt supplied at delivery
- you return the item to us (i.e. you are responsible for postage costs in returning the item).
From the time you receive the goods until we receive the goods for refund, the goods are deemed to be in your care. We recommend you send the goods by recorded delivery, potentially aiding you in making a claim against the carrier if the goods are lost or damaged in transit. If we do not receive the goods, or we received them unsealed or damaged in any way, we would not provide a refund, and you would be responsible for any further postage costs in returning the item to you.
Before contacting us about faulty goods, please ensure you have read through the manufacturer's manual and taken any recommended steps. If the item still appears to be faulty, please contact us to discuss either a refund or replacement. All returns of faulty goods must be made within a reasonable time. You are responsible for postage costs in returning the goods to us.
If we receive the goods and there is a fault, we will provide either a refund or a replacement, according to your preference (provided a suitable replacement product is available).
From the time you receive the goods until we receive the goods for refund, the goods are deemed to be in your care. Therefore, we recommend you send the goods by recorded delivery, potentially aiding you in making a claim against the carrier if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.
We are governed by English Law, and none of the information given in our Conditions of Use Policy detracts from your statutory.
